We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we are happy to offer a returns policy in line with UK consumer law.

1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please provide your order number, name, and address for reference.

2. Returns Process

Once we’ve received your cancellation request, you will need to return the item(s) within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel. Please ensure that:

- The item(s) are unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.

-The items are in their original packaging with any labels and tags still attached.

We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service to return your items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we have received your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the goods were faulty or not as described.

4. Exceptions

Personalised or Custom-Made Items

Please note that if you have ordered a personalised or custom-made item, such as an item with embroidery, engraving, or any other customisation, these items are exempt from the standard 14-day return or cancellation policy.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for personalised items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Sale and Discounted Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

 If a sale item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided, you have the same rights as for full-priced items. You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your purchase

5. Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. You will be entitled to a full refund, or we will replace the item at no extra charge.
